Book directly with the hotel....
Quiet room Clean Well Maintained Excellent Staff....very helpful Location: It was good for where I needed to go.
No Free Internet....When I asked at the front desk the receptionist said that if I'd booked directly with the hotel they offer free internet. This shouldn't matter. 30 GBP for 3 days of internet is last century. The bathroom is very basic. A free soap cake was all there was. The air conditioning was stiflingly hot. (It was winter.)
Great hotel in a great location
Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Only thing missing is a restaurant but there are tons of restaurants very nearby so really not much of a problem.
Fine hotel missing basic amenities
Ok location. Great for cooler months.
NO AIR CONDITIONING.
Mattress sank in the middle. Bad for lower back. WiFi was not free if reservation was not made directly with hotel. Why charge for this when customer has already paid a lot for the room?
location great for restaurants
difficult to black out room at night
Freindly staff and good location close to west end.
Very friendly helpful staff and central for shops, theatres places to eat, which all add up to a very relaxing break.
Beds were very comfortable and the location unbeatable being walking distance from Oxford St, Covent Garden and theatres!
excellent location for west end shows and exploring central london
The hotel should provide till water everyday during guess visit
It is very central for Theatres, Shops and restuarants.
Our room 410 is in need of a re-furb---particularly the bathroom.
Location, very comfortable bed, nice view, nice room
noise early in the morning, receotion staff not enough friendly, poor tourist i available at reception desk, no mini bar, poor room service menu
Central location. Cleanliness
Staff were a little unhelpful about an early checkin even though we had a reservation at a restaurant for lunch. We first arrived at 11:30am but no rooms were ready so we came back again at 1:20pm. They seemed very un sympathetic to our plight. We had to change in the toilets in the end (which they were aware of) rather than them make an effort to allow us get a room a little earlier.
