Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Paddington station and central attractions. Many appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff. However, several guests mention that the rooms are quite small and sometimes cramped, and a few note issues with the lack of an elevator and inconvenient staircases. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel is considered a good value for those looking to explore the city and spend little time in the room.
