Pros (+) Nothing. Absolutely nothing
Cons (-) The bathtub inside the room and no curtain for it. It was disgustingly dirty. The room was freezing and still paid 150GBP a night. A terrible experience that I left after the first night. You had to shave like the old west, because there was only separate taps for cold and hot water.
