Pros (+) Outstanding location with easy access to central London. Reasonable cost. Amazing breakfast buffet.
Cons (-) We have stayed here on numerous occasions in the past. Rooms are not all the same. Sometimes they've been quite exceptional. Other times less so. Overall though, we've never been disappointed.
