Staff very attentive & helpful.
Needed to change room as one allocated initally by reception did not match description on purchase from website.
An excellent hotel with very pleasant and professional staff. My only minor complaint would be the lovely fruit served at breakfast was too cold and the hot breakfast was self service and not as nice as if cooked to order.
Is very close to the interesting point of attraction, like Buckingham Palace,National Galleria. It is in central part of the town but you have quiet. Also is very close to shopping area. The breakfast is good.
The rooms are too small, also the bed.
Hotel breafast room and bar lovely, room a bit small.
Hotel staff were not good on arival, first time arrived told could not book in as too early, second time arrived asked us to move to another of their hotels to do them a favour! We said no!!!
The location in the centre of St.James is excellent. Quiet and understated comfort and luxury.
the room is small
Helpful and friendly staff
The address was a little misleading as the main entrance was around the corner!
no iron in the room
especially the location
Closeness to a lot of major tourist attractions.
Service charge. I think it is disgusting that I had to pay 78p for someone to remove two bottle tops.
