Pros (+) Great location. 5 minutes to the tube. Easy walking to major attractions. Charming boutique hotel. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The family enjoyed having a drink at the end of the evening in the bar and learning more about London from Jade the wonderful bartender.
Cons (-) Mattress could have been a bit firmer.
