Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and enjoyable breakfast, often mentioning the quality and variety of options. Many found the beds comfortable and the rooms clean and stylish, though some noted small room sizes and minor maintenance issues. A few guests experienced noise from the bar or street, and several mentioned that breakfast was served at a nearby sister property, which was not always clearly communicated. Despite some negatives, the overall impression is very positive, with many guests eager to return.
