The location was excellent, very handy for Maida Vale tube, 5 stops to Oxford Circus. Small kitchenette, allowed us to have a breakfast before going out. Space in room was pleasing. Free Car Parking was excellent.Mearness to M1 was also good.

The room was not cleaned in weeks. Lightbulbs where missing, only one worked. Was flees in the bed. The wi-fi didnt work. Poor ventilation. Noisy outside. Long walk from the Tube. The TV wasnt installed properly. Could feel every spring in the bed.
Nothing, we booked a triple room and on arrival we got a double bed and a sofa bed. We did not want to share beds, receptionist said she was the cleaner and was being made do reception which she hated. There was no manager on call or available.
I would never stay here again or book with booking.com again, I do a huge amount of travel for business and pleasure. We asked for a refund so we could find another hotel, but she couldn't give us one. She also explained they don't do triple rooms. I have emailed you about this and I am waiting on a response.
The friendliness and helpfulness of staff. The car parking facilities. It was an amazing bonus not to have to use an expensive London car park. Even before and after checkout we were able to leave the car and go sightseeing.
