Breakfast was good. Downstairs was nice.
The rooms were old and not well maintained. The shower flooded the bathroom. Rooms were small.
Excessive prices and unfriendly bar staff
£18 for a vodka and coke and £9 per pint. What’s more all bills have a 12.5% discretionary service charge which isn’t brought to your attention. Bar staff also have poor English and are unhelpful and rude.
helpfulness and friendliness upon reception
door of room needs caulking to reduce noise from hall
The staff were excellent
No pool/jacuzzi facilitiesbathroom a tad small considering deluxe upgrade taken
Excellent location, superb room and staff were exceptionally polite and accomodating. In fact the staff really stood out among a lot of hotels I have been at. Breakfast was also great.
The Guiness tap was out at the bar.
A quality hotel with good restaurant and bar, good service and close to convenient transport links (train/underground/taxi)
On this occasion our room, although well presented, was very small with an undersized double bed. Supposedly a quiet room, there was noise from the air-conditioning plant outside.
great effiicient and genial staff
Staff were friendly
staff very friendly and knowledgeable
smallest of room
Proximity to tube, palace and a good pub..(Bag of Nails - 50yds)Attentiveness of staff. Nothing was too much trouble.
the staff was wonderful and the location was top of the chart
Free room upgrade. Good Location. Very Nice Hotel.
Bar meals a bit pricey. Very squeeky floorboards.
