The room was clean and attractive, and the restaurant food was good.
I received a message from the BonVoy app at 10am in the morning saying my room was ready. When I arrived at 1pm, the front desk staff told me my room wasn't ready and I'd have to wait a few hours. Ridiculous! They weren't even apologetic. I was told I'd receive a text message when the room was ready. At 5pm, I still hadn't received a text message but returned to the hotel to demand a room be assigned to me. I was told that the room had been ready for a while (?!?!). When I told them I didn't get a text message and reminded them that I had effectively waited seven hours for my room to be readied, they were again unapologetic and merely assigned me a room.
Staff was really friendly, the room was recently remodeled and nice.
The lobby and entrance was all under construction. Self parking was more expensive than Vegas. Newly remodeled rooms smelled of paint and fresh carpet made it difficult to sleep.
Great location and great value
I loved how close this hotel is in relation to the start of the Long Beach marathon! Loved the towels, robes and bedding!
Getting a little dated in some rooms. I don’t like the shower heads...
Pillow, hum from A/C, no snack or fruit offered in room, paid parking.
Location - so much is walkable
Gift shop prices were crazy - bottle of sofa was $3.49
Won't stay here again
Went through Kayak to purchase this room. Kayak seemed to think it was a 4 star. It is it not a four star, 2.5 to 3. Took 25 minutes to check in with only one person in line ahead of me, mold in the shower, shower was over all dirty and old, room was stuffy the whole time I was there, parking was 26.00, which is NOT advertised, found out when I got there, Internet was 14.95, which I was advised of that when I arrived although my receipt showed a king size room - Internet. My fault for assuming that if was included. won't stay here again, especially for the rate that I was charged.
Hmmmm... Large bath towels
Friendly And efficient staff Quick and accommodating check in
Small pool with no bar also the sun is blocked by the hotel itself.
comfort, location, and view
Best all around hotel in the area
Friendly staff from top to bottom. Clean rooms and prompt service.
Parking structure was a little confusing with elevator locations and signage directing to main lobby from parking structure.
clean rooms, luxury, close to restaurants, beach and boutiques.
Liked the service of the staff; Liked the comfortable bed; Liked the cleanliness of the bathroom
overnight parking was too expensive!
