Little things that count
We totally felt at home and were well cared for! Staff were so nice and very helpful. Room service was amazing: very thoughtful and considerate. The room service staff made sure the food was to our liking. I felt like I was being treated to a fancy breakfast in bed. One of the staff, Trinidad, thoughtfully served my breakfast with a sweet bouquet of flowers. Housekeeping was so sweet, always turning down our beds no matter how late we got out. When we got back at night, they had left a lamp on for us. When we first arrived, some relaxing classical music greeted us in our room. It's those little extra things that made our stay feel special and us feel at home and welcome. When we asked for a plunger to fix a clogged toilet, they insisted on sending an engineer who went above and beyond to make sure the toilet was in top shape. It was quite convenient that the hotel had a regular shuttle go to and from the airport. We loved staying at the Crowne Plaza and will be coming back again.
Upon our arrival, the shuttle to the hotel took such a long time to pick us up.
A Great Welcome to Los Angeles
The location was great for getting aroumd to all of southern California. Less than 2 hours to San Diego, 30 minutes to Long Beach, downtown LA, West LA or Santa Monica and right down the street from culver city, Westchester and Venice beach. The very friendly staff, amazing views from the room, convenient in and out parking access or ride sharing options and plenty of food in walking distance made exploring the city a great time. I highly reccommend Crowne Plaza.
Everything was good.
Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was Good with friendly service. Parking affordable for Extended parking and convenient shuttle service.
For me there was a lot of outside noise for sleeping. For a one night stay coming and going to my destination It was fine.
Stopover in LA
Convenient location, great shuttle service (driver was excellent), and the room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast buffet @ $25 was excessive and plumbing fixtures in room bathroom needed attention.
Great way to end the holiday.
Easy to get to the airport with the shuttle service. Great value for money.
Bed comfortable. Linin nic
Bathroom Tissues so cheap like a gas station very limited tolietries. Paper coffe cups? Must call for ceramic. For a Crown Plaza I expected higher quality Good in restaurant tasted canned or frozen
Surprisingly good choice of dining
The pizza and craft beer were excellent. Sushi and many other food options were available.
Nothing at all
Room was right beside maid room, was very loud every morning early. We were there on a trip for pleasure and to get away not for a nightmare like this! , the airplanes were as if they were in our room, very loud. Bathroom drain was clogged, when we showered the water went up to our ankles. Hotel staff was not friendly at all, didn't notify us of how the parking works. For what we paid per night not worth our money at all and will never stay at a Crowne Plaza again. Very upsetting!!
The crowne plaza was a comfortable and convenient place to stay overnight in between flights with a convenient free shuttle bus to the airport
I checked in on 12pm no charge.very near from the Air port.
Interia was old and not available refuserater ,safty box in the room.
Bus service to/from lax gratis. the hotel is near bus station .
No international tv chanels .tv not good ( focus is bad ).
I like the fact that the hotel location is right next to the Los Angeles International Airport, the shuttle services convenient and the car rental company right next to the airport. The hotel entrance lobby was clean and very presentable.
I did not like the dirty carpet and the bathroom ceiling had lots of undesirable marks over the tub.
Proximity to airport
Quick service, easy check in, quiet and comfortable.
No frig in room though requested for medications.
No free internet, and internet is very expansive, more than average. Other hotels in the area have free internet
