Worst than a motel
Clean Free parking Location
It seems like their walls, ceilings and floors are paper thin. We can hear people above us walking all night and it serous sounded like they may fall through the ceilings anytime. We can hear other people's conversation and having sex clearly. The A.C. in the room has a remote control but it doesn't work. The front desk told us its temperature can only be controlled by the hotel.
Best value for the price and location
stayed for an event at Expo park. Best value for dollar in the area. Free underground parking and free wifi. King bed room was clean and Ac works great.
Room was a little small. Not enough space in the bathroom.
I like the location it was near everything.
We checked into our rooms at the front desk got our card-keys walked to our room and the maintenance lady was still cleaning our rooms. We waited another 5mins outside. Paid way too much too.
Our room had plenty of space and was quiet, and everything in the hotel was well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely consider staying there again the next time I'm in the area.
There's a charge for the breakfast buffet, and I couldn't simply get a cup of coffee without purchasing the buffet,
Great staff.. friendly and accommodating. Comfortable room and beds. Clean. Great location with free parking. Awesome shower with great water pressure. Fridge and microwave in room. Updated decor and furniture that was all in very good condition. I would stay there again.
Building is clearly an older one so even though it was clean and well maintained on the surface, it did smell a bit funky. I stayed in the main (older) part of the hotel. There appear to be 2 other newer additions.
Rooms were clean.
I didn't like how parking at the hotel site was limited. We had to park across the street, although is was specifically for the hotel and gated/locked. Our toilet wouldn't flush a few times too. The halls smelled as well (while walking to our rooms). Rooms were super small.
The only good thing was the gentleman that worked the midshift.
The staff in the morning are horrible. When trying to call down there they hang up on you. I would like a complete refund. On the weekends there is no manager on duty or one you can speak to. I needed a new tv for the room never got it. Took three hours to get roll-a-way and that's after going down to front desk to retrieve myself. The place said they have a lounge, all lies they closed it sometime ago. I would highly recommend cutting this hotel off kayaks list. And suggested everyone to stay far away.
Todo esta bien
I booked a room for one night through Kayak and made a phone call to the hotel that I would like to extend my reservation to two nights. The front desk person told me it was done and my reservation was for two nights. I arrived the hotel at 10:30 am on the day of my reservation and was told that the room was not ready yet and they could check in my bag and asked me to come back later. I came back at 10 pm that night and the other front desk person told me my room was gone!!!!!!! 10 pm, single girl in Los Angeles downtown with no room to stay. I even did not get an apology. The front desk person said it was not her that told me that I had a reservation. I asked her to give me the contact info of the person who worked in the morning, and she refused. I asked her to call her manager, and she just texted when she could actually call her. She kept saying that there was not much they could do. I had to be responsible for their fault. They do not have anything they listed on their profile. There is no shuttle service, you have to book through other shuttle agencies. You actually really don’t need them to book the shuttle, and you can do it all by yourself. Their internet connection was AWEFULL!! It was extremely slow and always down. The staff was not helpful at all. Their security guy, who was a contractor from other company was really a nice guy and helpful. But their staff are not familiar with their business, not responsible for their mistake, not able to deal with emergencies, not helpful with their customers. Please do not stay with them. The service is so bad, and they do not take responsibility of their fault and they try everything to make themselves look good instead of helping their customers. IT was such a BIG mistake that I chose them. I have never had a worse experience!
Very old and smells. Not a 3 stars motel.
It was a cheap choice and had free wifi and a gym.
The "hotel" which is more like a motel had a courtyard in the middle. All the rooms (or at least most of them) are facing this courtyard and this caused two problems. First the only window in the hotel room was facing this yard, so if people were outside, they were staring directly into your room. And second, there were always people in the courtyard, so there was often a lot of noise coming from there and people smoking. We were woken up very early in the mornings due to noise from people gathering in the courtyard.
The hotel personnel was efficient and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The food was decent.
very good, and good service.
Very comfortable. Good service.
Proximity to LA Live/ Convention Center. Clean sheets on beds.
Staff was not friendly or welcoming. Facilities were old and the rooms had a mold or mildew smell to them.
Hotel was very nice and so were the rooms. it was near downtown and close to where we were visiting. the staff was helpful.
Very close to Staples Center. Staff was helpful in offering directions
i liked everything

The Ramada by Wyndham in Los Angeles Downtown West is just a few minutes from the I-110, making it a good base of operations for those who are traveling for business or pleasure. The hotel is a short distance from the downtown area and many popular places to visit.
The rooms at the hotel feature amenities travelers have come to expect. They include a refrigerator, air conditioning, free wireless Internet, a coffee and tea maker, daily housekeeping a desk, blackout drapes, and a microwave. Rollaway beds are available for a surcharge.
The hotel itself has quite a few amenities that the guests can enjoy. There is a 24hr front desk, along with meeting rooms and a business center. The hotel has a porter, and guests can have assistance booking tours and getting tickets. There is free self-parking at the facility, but the parking spaces are limited. The hotel offers free breakfast for the guests, and there is an on-site eatery called Spot.
The hotel has plenty of other family-friendly amenities, too. It offers free WiFi throughout, along with laundry facilities. There is also an outdoor pool, where families can beat the heat.
Those who stay at the hotel will be just a short distance from downtown, from Hollywood, and from all of the places they want to visit in the area. Some of the popular local eateries to consider include Shabuya, Rodeo Mexican Grill, It’s Boba Time, and Juanita’s Restaurant. Plenty of places to shop are just a short distance away, as well.
