The staff was very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
When booking, I was unaware of the $15 pet fee and was not informed of it until check in. I wouldn’t have booked with the hotel if I had known. They dont allow pets on the 2nd or 3rd floor, which I also did not find out until check in, so I had to be moved to a different room on the 1st floor right next to the stairs. The stairs have a door that you have to access with your room key and very loud people were coming in and out of it all night long. I was traveling with a baby and had hope that the loud voices and door slamming multiple times throughout the night (past 3am) wouldn’t wake her up or make my dog bark. The vending machines (3rd floor) were out of order. The door to my room was hard to open, however the room next to me had a door that didn’t seem to have anything to prevent it from being slammed shut 5 or 6 times at 2:45am. I had been driving for 14 hours and just wanted to sleep which I was unable to get due to all the noise surrounding my room. Will not stay here again.
The price was great, rooms were stocked and clean
There was an ice storm, yet no salt was used to prevent slipping/falling.
They charged or put 2 seperate hold on my card, one for $144 and one for $155 after I already paid kayak $79 for the room.
Comfortable bed and friendly staff.
Too close to the highway -- very noisy! Room could have been a bit cleaner.
Rooms smelled like mold
Issues with rooms smelling like mold, tv wasn’t working in one of one of the rooms. They switched one of the rooms and I felt the second smelled musty but in the morning realized it was also mold.
Didn’t get a phone call as promised from the manager about our stay. The tv didn’t work, room smelled like mold, and the fridges weren’t working properly as the juice and milk we brought alone we warmish in the morning even though the fridges were plugged in and running.
They lied to me then stole my high speed charger.
The smoky smell in our room.
A bed to lay my head
Price worked for the budget I was working with.
The employee working the counter was very impersonal. Made me feel like a bit of a hassle. Not welcoming or giving me much information on what I needed for the stay. Beds were small and uncomfortable to fit 2 people on. The non-smoking room had a definite leftover smell of pot. Due to my late arrival in the evening, I just dealt with it and left the next morning.
Staff was extremely rude. False advertising ~ would not rent to an 18 year old solo traveler who had already booked the room. Stated that their policy is clearly posted on the website but it is not posted anywhere on any website.
Could not connect to Internet. Staff was not helpful.
Location was great. Accessible to McDonald's for breakfast and other restaraunts. Newly updated furniture and mattresses.
The door to the room was so messed up my wife couldn't even open or shut it by herself. Some of the stairwell doors were terrible also.
