It is located very close to the interstate.

The room smelled horrid from smoke even though it was listed as a nonsmoking room. The sheets on the bed were paper thin; very difficult to get comfortable. The A/C unit had a broken knob for the temperature control, so it was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature as it took an exhorbitantly long time to cool off and then to warm it back up again as I woke up far too cold before the sun came up. Never did find the sweet spot. Sound insulation between rooms was awful as well; kids in the room next door were very loud most of the night.

FALSE ADVERTISING - I want my 3 day payment back!!!!!!!!!!!!

The advertised Gyn or workout room was one of the reasons we selected the Ramada Inn. We wanted a gym and pool since we were going to be there for 3 days. All the front desk staff I spoke to said, don't complain to me, Not my JOB???? 1) Needed a special key to enter the gym and must be returned? 2) ALL THE EQUIPMENT WAS BROKEN 3) I complained, ALL the Staff claimed no knowledge of the condition of the facility (Which gave evidence they colluded in the denial across shifts morning and evening - I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!!!!!!) 4) Filthy floors, bad smell, sticky equipment. 5) My wife was very disappointed since she made it known, this was her criteria for selecting a hotel. 6) We asked for additional bath towels for our room. We were told NO, but they did finally provide. 7) Breakfast from 6 to 9 am. Should be extended to 11 am. Travelers need their breakfast.
