Nice friendy hostal in the center, very nice staff, new design, very clean, Internet for free and working very good.
The only thing is that rooms have windows at the backyard and are dark but for me it was ok as it was silent for sleep.

GoodOct 20107.3
Our room was clean, cosy and well-appointed. Towels were changed everyday. We also liked that there was free wifi that worked not only in the lobby but in the rooms. In the lobby, there was a computer that guests could use for free. There was also tea and water in a corner. The hostel is just 5 mins away from Gran Via on foot and is close to several metro stations.
Our room was facing the back of the building and apart from the lack of view, there was construction noise every morning, beginning at about 8am. You could also hear the workers chatting very clearly.

Very friendly welcoming by the staff, clean and quite spacious rooms. everything in good condition. Nice lobby with tea making facilities plus microwave all the day. All in all very recommendable.
Most rooms have a window to a small, quite ugly court, only, which doesn't let very much sunlight come in, so the rooms can be quite dark. Walls are quite thin, but the owners provide ear-plugs for free. If you're gay, don't expect to meet too many other gay guests, because the hostal seems to be very popular among heteros as well. I'm still wondering, if this a drawback or not....

MediocreOct 20103.7
The location was perfect! One of the three men was very friendly, the other not. The bathroom of room no 16 was nice.
Staff spoke very little english. Was not ablte to be on internet after 22! Noisy because of working during the week and because of people in hostal in weekend. No breakfast possible. The room with internet/reception/coffee was full of smoke, so when you enter the hostal the first thing you smell was smoke. Dark small room.
