Pros (+) The location and price were both good.
Cons (-) Shower stall leaked and would flood bathroom floor. Also, this hotel may not be safe in a fire. The only means of escape is one central spiral stairway shaft around one elevator. No sprinklers. On-line photos make the property appear substantially nicer than reality.
