The location of the hotel is excellent, the area is beautiful and full of shops and good restaurants.
The staff of the hotel is completely useless. The internet service is terrible and you cannot expect some of the people in the reception to help you as the “internet service is provided by a third party”. Some of the staff can be rude and they don’t know much about client service. The rooms are small. Be aware of the cleaners because they don’t knock on the door before going into your room to clean it up. All in all not a great experience.
Staff friendly, excellent breakfast, good location.
Great breakfast service, plenty to choose from. Bath articles were very good. Hotel in a great quiet location with many restaurants near by and close to the Metro Station. Easy to walk to Colón, Cibeles, and even to Prado Museum.
We were give two interiors rooms with no views and little natural light. I think the hotel should mention upon reservation the kind of room they were giving us. Also, the rooms were for smokers, even though we have a non-smoking preference, and we were not contacted by the hotel. In one of the rooms we could smell the smoke. Although it is mentioned in the description, the hotel does not have a restaurant, only a bar that serves some (bad) meals and at a very expensive price (we paid 50 euros for 4 "canned" and small bolognesi and water).
Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for shopping. Quiet neighbourhood. Nice stroll from hotel to Prado museum through El Retiro park.

The bar serves drinks and snacks, which you can enjoy while watching a game on the TV or just relaxing on one of the cozy sofas. Simple dishes can be ordered through our room service, and the La Ventana de Flavia restaurant serves lunch and dinner daily.
