we stayed there only one night as we had a stopover in Barajas Airport for 11 hours. the staff was extremely helpful and kind. the room was as for 4-star hotel.
the beds had wheels and were moving all the time even when we were sleeping. no double bed, only twins joint with wheels, you can imagine how it goes then. :)
The hotel is close to the airport, we wanted to travel by bus 822, but it is out of service on Saturday and Sunday.
It's located close to restaurants, parks and the metro in a non-tourist neighborhood. The price was less expensive for most hotels in Madrid.
My room reached 88 degrees due to no metal cover for the window, a weak A/C system, and the window being in direct afternoon sun on the 7th floor. Because I paid much less for the room ($60) as I booked it two months in advance, I didn't ask for a cooler room and assumed I was given the room because of the price, but I should have.
Short walk from the Metro, and the 822 bus stop which goes to the Madrid Barajas International Airport literally stops right in front of the hotel. Great value, especially if you book in advance. Friendly staff, clean, very comfortable. Super market right around the corner. Many affordable restaurants nearby.
Located a bit far from the center of Madrid. Usually took about an hour by Metro to go downtown. Also expect to pay for an extra zone fare on the Metro, since Coslada is in zone B1. On the flip side, being far from downtown means less of a touristy feel.
we did not have time to look around as we had to get a train to malaga the next day
