It is always a great stay at Novotel. Splendid location, facilities, near the Metro and great stores, restaurants. Excellent value for the money. Always stay there when I am in Madrid. Highly recommended.

Pros (+) Individual members of staff were lovelies. The pool boy, bar staff and the night reception staff. It close to the shops and has good access to pretty much everywhere. On the surface it is very beautiful.
Cons (-) Shower dripped constantly. The ac worked sometimes. Arrived with a child and 4 pieces of luggage not one person greeted or helped us down the steps into the foyer although there were at least 6 bell boys standing there. They seem to assume their customer want to steal from them. It's very strange. The pool is tiny and sunbeds are scarce. Apart from the one you can pay 100 euros to have all day. On...

Pros (+) Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby is very nice and the breakfast for €9 was ok. But can find better places to eat just out side. It’s in a very good neiborhood.
