Good location, nice room, helpful front desk people
This paragraph per kayak must be everything we liked: nice sized room, helpful front desk people, big pretty junior suite!
This paragraph per kayak is what we didn’t like: plumbing is very loud. When others above our room showered in the middle of the night(several) it was very loud! This was in pretty location but not in the thick of anything. No problem to walk by mostly residential and park nearby, no markets or restaurants. In our junior suite with 2 bunk beds, toilet was separated from sink and shower so it was a walk around the room past the bunk beds to get to toilet.
excelente trato del personal, úbicacion, buen desayuno
We stayed here for the last leg of a Spain and Italy trip. Most of the hotels we stayed in during this trip did not meet our expectations. This one however, far exceeded them. First off the location is perfect. It’s only a 15 minute walk from just about anywhere which means it is so nice and quiet where it is situated. It is literally right across the street from Retiro park which is a must see for Madrid. The beds are so comfortable which is definitely not the norm for European hotels. The rooms are a really nice size. Staff are great. We didn’t try the restaurant there but there was a million options close by. Great value overall. So impressed.
Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like.
The location, the staff, the room decorations, the room service, the quiet at night and particularily the breakfast. hi speed internet,
Rather small elevators [to be expected in a building of that age], A/C a bit undersized.
Clean, nice staff. Great location. Strongly recommended!
