Pros (+) The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. The building and decor are adorable. Breakfast was easy and delicious. Excellent and easy location. Also loved that it was a popular tapas bar and restaurant, made it very easy to grab a snack or a drink! Also the toiletries provided were very nice, Clarins brand.
Cons (-) The best part of the building is also the worst: the beautiful old courtyard in the center makes it very loud, sound echos. You hear every closing door. Theres also an emergency light in the rooms above every door, bring and eye mask! Both things are not terrible but something to deal with.
