Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Madrid. The service, especially from the front desk and breakfast staff, was frequently described as friendly, attentive, and helpful. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many guests noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. While the breakfast received positive remarks for its variety and quality, some guests were disappointed by the small and crowded pool area, as well as occasional issues with amenities or organization. Overall, the hotel impressed with its modern rooms, comfort, and excellent staff, though improvements could be made to pool facilities and certain aspects of guest service.

Pros (+) Great location. Walking distance to many great neighborhoods and super easy metro access.
Cons (-) The beds were not very comfortable and also were on wheels so sitting up in the beds and leaning against the wall would cause it to slide across the room.
