Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the spacious and clean rooms, with several highlighting the comfort and cleanliness of both the rooms and bathrooms. However, many expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing issues with staff attitude, slow check-in, and poor communication, particularly regarding the airport shuttle and restaurant. The pool was often unavailable or did not meet expectations, and while the location was convenient for airport access, it lacked nearby amenities. Overall, the hotel’s strengths were its room size and cleanliness, but service and facilities need improvement.
