Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning its proximity to city attractions and shopping centers. Many reviews highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several guests noting positive experiences with reception and housekeeping. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with multiple complaints about dirty rooms, stained linens, and unpleasant odors. Some guests also mention outdated furniture and occasional noise disturbances, particularly from a nightclub on the premises. Overall, while the location and service receive high marks, cleanliness and noise are areas needing improvement.
