We had a warm welcome and the lady receptionist spoke good English. I asked for a nice view and we had a superb view of the mountains from our room. Everything was very clean. Good selection for breakfast.
Some of the receptionists do not speak good English. Tea/coffee making facilities would be an improvement, and possibly a small fridge. The instructions for using the air conditioner were not very good.
