Good localisation, affordable price, helpful staff. Probably good for people focusing on Marbella night-life.
Really worn out. Most of the rooms are facing another 10+ storey concrete building - no sea view. Example of pitiful result of Marbella overdevelopment.

Hotel is located at the corner of Calle de Jacinto Benavente and Calle de San Gregorio (small side street). Difficult to find it from a car.
