Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location in the Medina, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff is frequently described as friendly, welcoming, and helpful, contributing positively to the guest experience. However, cleanliness is a significant concern for many, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and unpleasant odors, particularly related to cats. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking. Bed comfort is noted positively in a few reviews. Overall, while the location and service stand out as highlights, improvements in cleanliness are needed.
