Pros (+) Staff was super friendly, attentive and very helpful with any questions we had. Facilities were nice and clean, hot breakfast was simple but tasty, and pool was fun for the kids. Location is also good - connected to Ovieda mall, close to Sante Fe mall (5-10 mins walk) and close to Aguacatala metro station (~15 mins). To walk to the main areas of Poblado took about 15-20 mins walk, or short cab rid...
Cons (-) Laundry could be done through the service at the hotel, but if you want to do yourself or outside the hotel, it was a little bit of a hike to get to laundrymats in Poblado proper. No self-laundry facilities onsite.

Pros (+) Overall a super deal for my money. the staff were outstanding, spoke English, and very helpful in every way. Facilities, food, and service were excellent. Location was great, next to major shopping mall, taxi service always available and walking distance to many things. The hotel arranged taxi travel, tour of the city and offered great advice on things to see and do.
Cons (-) I wish the gym had more equipment, but local gyms were only walking distance away.
