The staff was helpful but there was so many complications and hidden fees and my insurance purchased with Allianz as recommended by you guys wasn't valid. It took us 1hr+ to simply pick up the car...Honestly, if there are any hidden fees, please tell us beforehand, nobody likes these type of surprises.

NothingThey could have honored my reservation. It's was cancelled while I was on my way to Colombia with no explanation or warning. When I talked with them, they were of absolutely NO HELP. Could not explain who canceled or for what reason. TERRIBLE customer service. Will not use them again. And will think twice before booking thru you!!

Who rents a car with a 1000 usd deposit for 2 days??!Really deceptive advertising on the part of budget rentacar and kayak! I am really unhappy with this and will probably never use kayak again.
