Shower clogged; toilet struggles to flush; I5 is really loud; seems far too expensive for what you get. Add tried to hide that it was a motel
Great experience, comfortable and quiet room, good breakfast, fast and friendly check-in. Also, I left my car there in a safe place while traveling and they arranged free taxi service to and from the airport. Very convenient. I would recommend to family and friends without hesitation.
Beds were comfortable. Walking distance to a lot of neat spots
Location was good, close to the airport, shopping, and right next to a river.
The hot breakfast items could have been better. The scrambled eggs were rubbery and lacked flavor.
Unaware or Prepared
Chose not to stay at this location/facility.
Had make reservations days in advance through the Kayak site. Reservation was to be for one handicap accessible room with 2 queen beds for one night. Prepaid for room in order to ensure room was held, so about 8 pm after a long road trip we arrived only to find that the room was not ready. Told by staff that the room had been trashed by previous occupant and carpet had to be shampooed and was still damp and would take about 20 minutes to ready. But carpet would still be damp. Offered us a alternate room with 1 king bed with a roll-away bed. Not what the reservation was for. Declined substitution offer, left and found another hotel on our own. Disappointing experience.
Comfortable, more expensive than advertised
Comfortable beds, good water pressure, great front desk service when I locked my key in my room. Full breakfast, hot and cold foods available. Wonderful coffee. Good service from the friendly housekeepers.
The advertisement pictures of the rooms are deceiving and the advertised price was much lower than what I was charged. Parking was a little tricky, hard to keep a spot near the room.
The beds are super comfortable and you are close enough to walk downtown and get a few drinks
Some of the staff seemed unfriendly and bothered when approached
The check-in staff was friendly and kind to us weary travelers. It felt so good to fall into those soft clean beds! And the breakfast was delicious!
Great room for the money but SO LOUD (RR next to f
Great Place to Stay
Extremely friendly staff and well maintained property.
Centrally located, clean, good rate and delicious complimentary breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.
No complaints, everything was great. This is our 3rd time here and we were booked 6 days and added an extra day because we just weren't ready to go home quite yet. We will be back.
Clean and comfortable with good shopping
Some dirty towels but not a big deal
