    All staff were excellent. The restaurant, lounge area and relaxation rooms had wonderful ambience. The layout of the room used space creatively with very good taste. Food at restaurant was excellent and location fantastic for shopping and sightseeing. Love the avaialbility of coffee any time. very nice touch. Felt like home !

    we were provided with an upgrade which is always appreciated.The room was quiet and very clean.The non smoking policy and green energy certification is exemplary

    We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. The reception staff were especially kind & helpful.We also picked the hotel for its, "Green" set up of sustainability.
