Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and even reports of bed bugs. Service was also a common complaint, with unfriendly staff and unhelpful responses to problems. However, some guests appreciated the convenient location, especially for access to highways and local destinations. A few reviews mentioned quiet surroundings and recent renovations, but these positives were outweighed by the negative experiences related to cleanliness and service.
