I got there around noon and checked if the room was ready, but it wasn’t. That was okay, so I went out and came back around 2:30 PM. I asked again, and still no room available. I sat down for about 15 minutes and then asked again, and now the room was open, and they had several available. Breakfast and the free Happy Hour were amazing. Well worth the price of the upgrade. Check in staff could have been better. We had to change our room as the shower didn’t adjust. Pros (+) Really just loved this hotel. Great location, loved having the Sonora Grill downstairs, and I absolutely LOVED their gym. Top notch stay.

Pros (+) overall a good experience (clean and modern facilities, helpful service). the hotel is modern, stylish, and fairly close to attractions.
Cons (-) i had a few frequent traveler nitpicks (strange light switches, missing menu, no laundry on sunday) but also some unexpected delights (hbo game of thrones finale, usb outlets, very nice walk-in shower, above-average gym).
