Pros (+) Very helpful staff, though limited English proficiency. The hotel is near a train (Metro) station, which makes it easy to get around the city for 5pesos one-way.
Cons (-) Being nitpicky here...the cleaning staff starts going around a little too early for my liking. I think around 8:30 or so I they go around, While I had the do-not-disturb notice on my door, I could still hear them them knocking on nearby doors since they were so close.

It needs more lighting and have a more friendlier appearance. I'll give the front desk manager the credits for their lack of customer service and old system to run the operation.
