Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hostel's excellent location, close to the beach, public transport, and local attractions. However, many reviews highlight serious cleanliness issues, with frequent complaints about dirty bathrooms, lack of hygiene, and insufficient cleaning services. Service quality is mixed, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others are reported as unresponsive or even rude. Breakfast offerings are generally considered poor and minimal, often running out early and lacking variety. Bed comfort is another common concern, with many guests finding the beds uncomfortable or in poor condition. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, breakfast, and bed comfort.
