“Staff were very accomodating, we arrived at 3am in the morning and the gentleman that booked us in did it as quickly as possible and was very friendly (i think he could tell how tired we were). Metro stations were close so quick access to central Milan and cathedral. The staff were very helpful and accomodating and very friendly. Bedding was nice and crisp, bathrooms were very clean - amazing shower. A bit of street noise in the morning. Aircon was good however we weren’t able to change the settings very much. For the price we were very happy with our stay. Can’t stress enough how good the staff service was - very quick with replying to emails.”
