The breakfast. There was a huge variety and eggs were made to your taste upon request. The porters and cleaners were lovely and helpful.
The reception staff we found quite cold. We felt they did not offer much assistance when requested or provided very little information. We thought for a 4 star hotel their service was quite poor.
