Cons (-) The temperature in my room was 26 degrees (HOT). The front desk told me the air conditioning was not on in April. They told me to open the window (and listen to laughing and yelling people in the courtyard). I will stay at Napolean in January or February only in the future when the room temperature might be acceptable.
