Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's excellent location, especially for events at Silverstone and the beautiful countryside setting. Many found the rooms comfortable, with some highlighting clean linen and new decor. The pub and food received positive mentions, and staff were often described as friendly and helpful. However, several guests reported issues with cleanliness, lack of hot water, poor TV reception, and problems with heating. Service experiences varied, with some guests finding staff unresponsive or unavailable, while others felt warmly welcomed. Breakfast was sometimes unavailable or not as advertised, and some guests encountered unexpected extra charges for dogs. Overall, the positives centered on location, value, and a welcoming atmosphere, though improvements are needed in maintenance and communication.
