Pros:The staff were very helpful and the rooms were nice and comfortable, easy to use.I liked everything about it.
Cons:I called to figure out where the shuttle would pick me up- the first woman told me to wait at column G35- there is no G35, there is 35,A35,B35,and C35- no G35. After wandering around thinking I was going crazy I called back and another person explained she meant ground level 35 and just to wait at the post marked 35. Okay- I get there and tell them I'm checking in and I booked through Kayak. She says I know I have to enter all this information though- okay, I wait while she does that. I mention taking the shuttle in the morning and that I will miss breakfast as I'm leaving early. At 3:20am someone from the hotel staff COMES INTO MY ROOM!!!! They leave when the realize there is a guest in the room, the staff desk downstairs calls to apologize and explain that the woman who checked me in blocked off the room, but did not note that someone was staying in it. At 5:20 I go downstairs and ask when the shuttle will be leaving, only to be informed it doesn't leave until 6am and it's full and I will need to call a taxi. Also the computers were down and so he asked me to write my room number and email address on a piece of paper, and he would email me my receipt- which I needed to be reimbursed for a business expense. A day later still no receipt, I call to ask for a receipt, again they ask for my email address and say they will send it immediately. Another day goes by still no receipt- I call again and the woman explains that they will not provide a receipt and the receipt needs to come from the agency that booked the room (priceline). Some of the staff seems to know what they are doing, but some of the staff did not. I would not recommend staying here!
Pros:It was quiet, clean, comfortable, spacious room, good location for my needs.
Cons:Breakfast room could be little bit bigger.
