This place is a must see. It’s a really cool place to stay. Just be aware it’s very old and with that comes really squeaky floors and doors. We had an issue with our room and they quickly moved us to a bigger room at no cost. Staff is great!

Pros (+) The people were very friendly. The building and furnishings is like going back in time. The rooms were large and the bed were comfortable.

Pros (+) The breakfast was good and beds were pretty comfortable.
Cons (-) The water temperature in the showers was unpredictable. They moved us to another room. I wouldn't let my daughter shower because it scalded me due to huge temperature swings. I also had to clean the floating debris out of the pool before swimming due to it being overfilled, which makes the skimmer not work properly.
Pros (+) Very nice comfortable historic with modern amenities, very romantic in historic downtown Mobile the staff was amazing and full of information and history I will definitely visit again.. Best value for my money ever.
Pros (+) Staff was always friendly and helpful. Loved how quiet it was and how we could walk wherever we wanted to go in the historic downtown area. Enjoyed the courtyard for breakfast and just to relax in. Lots of charm and character.
Cons (-) We didn't enjoy how high the beds were but once we got up there, they were comfortable. Just wish they provided a step or two to get up on the bed or lower the beds some.
