Pros (+) The bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) Upon entering the room the entryway light was out. I placed something on the alcove where the coffee maker was and noticed chips out of the marble counter top. The light over the alcove was out. In fact, there were no bulbs in the socket. The bathroom light switch cover was broken. There was a metal bracket mounted on the wall where, presumably, the hair dryer was once located. I went to place val...

Pros (+) The first room smelled the second room wasn't too much better. The linen for the sleeper sofa wasnt clean. The throw at the end of bed was dirty. The dresser had some sticky subtance on the top. Roach crawling on shower wall. Hotel just nasty and smelled like mildew/mold!!! I want a refund!!!

Cons (-) The only thing I missed was that the hotel shuttle does not operate on sundays to the airport.
Pros (+) Decent clean place to stay for a night. Bed was very comfortable. Air stopped working in my room and they immediately got me another room. Certain things in the room, door handles, molding around the bathroom counter, light fixtures are starting to fall apart and needs attention to keep this a decent hotel. Other than that, no complaints at all.

Cons (-) Took returning to the front desk twice upon check in for room keys to work and again later the next day they didn't work. Finally said just give me new keys.
