Internet connection was poor or nonexistent (per front desk due to “too many people/devices”). Breakfast (due to Covid) was a bag with an apple, bottle of water, bottle of orange juice, and a small Costco chewy granola bar, available for pick up at the front desk. . Shower had black mold, partially removed after complaining. Several towels had small holes in them. .

Pros (+) Not much. The day clerk was receptive and responsive to my complaints so hopefully they fix some of these things.
Cons (-) There were not enough towels or wash cloths for the number of people the room can sleep. When we asked for more, we were given a small rough towel and two hand towels. We did check in late as we were on a road trip but that’s no excuse for the clerk to not have access to bath towels. Pros (+) Good price, heated pool (though was not very warm). Price very reasonable. Staff super nice and friendly and helpful!! Exceptional in that regard.
Cons (-) Could not get online 80% of the time. Huge problem. Also were in a supposedly nicely renovated room, but it wasn't clean. Linens we're fine. But found old sofa lid and straw and other garbage behind the nightstand, stains on some towels and the curtains, very dusty floor. Disappointing.

Pros (+) comfortable, quick checkin, no hassles
Cons (-) WiFi was pretty much useless (building on south side of pool, but also in lobby). Room wasn't made up while we were out, and when we did get it made, sheets weren't changed.
