The plain was 1 hour late. The drinking cup are ridiculously small

My El Al flight was awful - very uncomfortable seats, like short-haul Spirit Airlines not good for a 15-hour flight. My aisle seat stuck out into the aisle so was constantly banged into by flight attendant-driven carts - no apologies given at any time- and people waiting to use the toilet. Flight attendants literally yelling at passengers to sit down a half hour before landing - a lot of yelling in general. Especially unwelcome at 3am.

Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour

I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.

Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,

El AL has vastly improved its overall experince in the last several years. Nicer place, nicer flight attendants, food, comfort etc

Poor food service, a microwave heated sandwich and 300ml water bottle for a coach 4 hours flight ticket. Entertainment only by streaming to your device if you got something more than a small phone screen. On the positive side - on time arrivel.

Remind me not to fly (eat) at passover with Israeli cartiers. Came out of the aircraft with an incredible neck pain. Crew and entertainment were good.

As I paid for extra space - the seat was OK. The snack is very bad! The service is fair. The WiFi was so slow i could not see the provided movie and free TV. Just had so seat all the time...

My only complaint is that the pocket in front of me was ripped and my things, like iPad and airline magazines, kept slipping to the floor.

Flight delayed yet again. Crew apathetic and unhelpful re affect on connecting flight.

I think Virgin is one of the best flying experiences, especially from/to the UK. The staff are so helpful and fun, the food is good, seats comfortable, goof entertainment and great value. Check in and boarding is pretty pain free. I also find that the other passengers are generally so kind and considerate than when I've flown other airlines.

Cabin crew on our flight showed lack of any customer service gruff and acting annoyed if you asked anything and I mean anything Example a man on the seat over dropped his beer on my husbands blanket We asked if we could switch out blankets cabin crew Said. No we don’t have any extras OK well can you take the wet one Cabin crew looked disgusted and annoyed Took it no OK or yes just a growl

Quick flight. But cabin crew were very noisy and talking too much, especially when we were seated at the back of the plane trying to sleep through the night .

My ticket was for Premium Economy and all the seats were taken, I was placed in Economy class and I’m looking for a refund.

Unfortunately delayed 2 hrs due to faulty tyre.. which had to be changed, but better safe than sorry.

The delay was an issue. Other than that. Every thing good

Hi vergin Atlantic service was good but the flight ticket agent travel up charge me extra 57 pounds as a airport charges, actually I refuse to pay but they say if I not pay £57 then they say you will not be able to travel from Heathrow to goa ,so for me there was no option and it was just 3 day before my departure so i paid, so please look in to the matter. And I have a receipt of £ 57 as well .thanks

Staff didn’t check cabin well for landing seemed more interested in chatting to each other. Food was poor and differed from pre order.

The senior flight attendants were amazing. Totally different vibe from other carriers. Easy 10 hour flight in Business Class. Great food. Good humor as well.

Delayed by 2.5hrs any longer and they would’ve had to honour their own policy for breaking their own rules and regs. Not cool, especially when I have an infant child that needs to stay on a routine and they get schedules.

The width of the chair is very small. Not comfortable at all.

Flight delayed over three hours. Arrived into SFO during rush hour and what would have been a one hour drive home took more than 2 hours. Very poor UNITED AIRLINES!!

I found that it seems that the space for personal bags or luggage is not enough( the cabinets for personal bags or luggage over the seats) .

service was slow and at times there was no service at all in premium plus seats. they do not care about people in premium plus

To san Francisco it was ok. From sf to Manila it was horrible

Awful, rude staff. Their abrasive comments are unnecessary. Most seek a frictionless experience and will cooperate if you ask. Additional childish bullying of customers is not acceptable or tolerated. We had the same problem with our departure flight. We will never fly United again.

Very poor the plane itself was really old, slight smell that couldn’t be named. I didn’t even get a boarding pass UNTIL AFTER clearing security! Even then, they said when I get to my connected flight I’ll get my 2nd boarding pass there! A bit ridiculous!

I would’ve liked to have made that flight so I didn’t have to go to Munich and have a 24 hour travel day

Horrible food and uncomfortable plane. One toilet was out of service.

Business class is fantastic! Lie flat seats, great meals, privacy, and lots of nice amenities!

Flight to Seattle was fine. We were delayed getting into our gate. The connection time was short and they make you go through security again which was slow.

The crew was great, the food was great, the seats were torture. I just could not get comfortable. Too narrow, too close to the seat in front. I felt guilty about reclining my seat and resisted but the people in front of me did not feel the same way. I thought both coming and going that the discomfort would conceivably be enough to prevent me from going abroad in the future. Will it? I'm not sure - but it will definitely be a factor in my choice of travel.

Food was pretty good and crew did ok. Boarding was a disaster. Seats and leg room were not conducive to a comfortable flight, especially if you are 6’3” and have the person in front of you leaning their chair all the way back for 9 hours and your are told they are allowed to do that.

I gave a very poor review for th flight over (Pitt to London) due to terrible seat comfort. Different plane on the way back and it was much better. The flight was delayed over an hour taking off but only landed about 15 minutes late.

Food and entertainment non existent as we were only in the air 25 mins so totally understandable

Everything was excellent except I could not check in online. The app kept denying me. So I checked in at the airport and the person was super polite and helpful. Very nice all around.

It was a great experience. I did find that some menu options were not available, which was a bit surprising, but over all a wonderful experience.

I wasn't able to request a special meal on the on line check in. I informed the cabin crew and they went out of their way to find foods I could eat. I am very grateful.

We booked and purchase our seats in February for a September flight. We choose seats then also, did the online check in on the app the day before and all was fine. At the airline check in they charged our seats and we were not even sitting together after paying for business class seats. They separated us with no explanation and would not change them back. I was very upset. On the return flight, they tried to put us on standby! When again, we purchased seats in February for this flight. The plane was old and smaller and the business class seats were not comfortable like the flight from NYC. Flight attendants were hard to find once the first meal was served, luckily the flights were smooth.

Not boarding 60 minutes late. after getting bumped to this flight because ITA do not hold a flight for five minutes as the fight to the connection was 45 minutes late

Crew was good. Very nice staff. Wine was good. Problems- no AC while waiting for takeoff. Long wait so we should have been more comfortable. No water for quite awhile. Food should have been better for an Italian airline. Chicken was pressed rounds of processed meat- not tasty. We had only one hour for our connection- ran through airport- plane waited for us and staff was helpful.

Flight was cancelled and other being told it was cancelled there has been no other contact.

Poor , i missed the next flight to new york . We stayed inside the plane for almost 30 or 40min

Everything was fine except the food. They really need to work on the quality of the food.

I’m disappointed with ITA Airlines. I feel their planes are outdated. I upgraded to Premier economy and there was very little “Premium” about it. I flew on SAS in Premier economy and that is a great experience. I do not recommend this airline.
