USB could have been better. Thank you
Please do not use this airline Heathrow is very miss manged airport
That was the first and will be the last Big advice do not use this airline
Operated by AA - check in counter was the most unfriendly, unhelpful experience. Very cramped seating on aircraft. Food awful.
Codeshare with Iberia express. The crew was abrupt, rude and really stressed. The pilot didn’t make any announcements throughout the flight neither in Spanish nor English. The crew was more worried about rubbish and kept coming up and down the tight aisle with rubbish trolleys than monitoring the toilet queue which was along the whole aeroplane aisle. Surely they could advise no more than 2 people waiting in the bathroom Queue.
You took my luggage off the plane in error and now it needs to be found.
They were ridiculously disorganized and efficient with check-in and baggage drop-off in Austin. Many passengers were afraid that we wouldn't make the flight on time except that a lot of us would have missed the flight for this reason. Flight from the US to London went well, no hiccups, decent food. 4 hour flights from London to Istanbul don't even come with complimentary snack or beverage. On my flight from London to Austin, the airways lost my luggage. Flight was delayed on runway because they were removing luggage from passengers that didn't make the flight in time - including 2 people that were supposed to be seated in my row. Seems they messed up and took my luggage off instead if my seat mates which is a stupid mistake to make since my tag should be tied to my name, not my seat row.
Delayed
Delayed but not displayed on screens
Too many delays; flight displays should have better in heathrow airport. Also, fast lane security checkouts for short time connecting flights.
Serious issues all across the board, chaos at both airports because of lack of staffing, missed the flight courtesy of British airways failures, will not be using either kayak, American Airlines or British airways again.
Better plane, quick and easy flight.
Online Check in process was messy. Flight was uncomfortable - old school planes, eat before you fly, no leg room. Flight was rescheduled by British 3 days before departure without any option causing too a short of connection. We raced at Heathrow to reach our final destination and our luggages didn’t follow us. We had to go back to the airport to get them in the afternoon. Leaving from EWR - coming back to JFK and found out 3 days before departure… Will avoid this airline in the future…
Almost 2h late. Waiting time to departure, waiting to leave the aircraft… everything was a disaster.
Flight was delayed over an hour.
Flight is on time less than 30% of the time. We had over a 2 hour delay.
The flight was diverted to Malaga and we had to wait 3 hrs for food/bus to be sorted. Arrived in Gibraltar with 7 hrs delay
Wow!! Flying for me will never be the same!!! Best flight ever!! Only improvement would’ve been…the waterline broke which I realize can happen. The steak wasn’t very good but doable with the sauce on it. Extra pillows would’ve been nice for those that needed it. Other than that, it was an amazing experience! Our flight attendant Roberta treated us like our mom. She helped my son fix his bed. She babied us all…just want you want on an 8 hour flight. The pods that lie flat were so comfortable. The lighting coming back up gradually in the morning…perfect!
It didnt happen because my flight to london was cancled
It didnt happen. The flight was
The BA flight from London to Cairo is shameful. For a 5 hour flight there is no on board entertainment nor any food. It was like flying low cost without the price. I won’t fly BA again.
Flight delayed three hours, has been the same all week. So spend 6 hours at the airport for a flight BA knew was delayed that morning.
Flight was delayed. Flight attendant was not friendly No water served Bad experience
Overall I was very happy with my experience, though there were a few things that kept it from being excellent. The wifi went out once while I was watching a movie and it took several minutes before it was up again and I could get back to the movie. Then there were delays on both ends of the flight--which, to be fair, were probably not the fault of American Airlines--but still were somewhat annoying. Finally, based on buying the cheapest economy tickets my travel partner and I never sat together on this trip, but in other cases where I've done the same, other airlines have always managed to seat me next to a travel buddy. Still, it was definitely more good than bad and I would consider flying American again.
It was good. Just the distance from terminal 3 to Terminal 5, one could risk loosing his next flight
Our BA flight from London to Tirana was canceled before we left Portand but BA counter staff went over and above to get us flights on Lufthansa. Kudos to the new Portand staff for BA!!
Cramped seating for nine hours.
The crew were sterling. The flight was fully packed, the chair I was assigned didn't have a screen to watch TV on, and other passengers stood inches away from my face while milling around near the toilets. Also, super narrow seats on row 30 A-C so pretty tight squeeze for a *ahem* larger gent such as myself. That said, flight was on time, food was fine, crew were competent and pleasant.
Big communication gap between tied up American Airlines and British airways. Customer service people does not what’s going on Provided hotel by airlines to stay due to flight miss, but food voucher did not work
Because I upgraded to business class
On board British Airways flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 56x45x25cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the British Airways assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.

British Airways concentrates most of its flight operations in London.
