“Great location, 2 mins walk to the center and old town. It was a colonial style building, huge ceiling rooms. The kitchen was a bit small for all the guests. Very clean bedroom. Great to stay couple of nights to explore the city and a day trip to Punta Del Este”

“Nicely situated at beginning of old town in Uruguay. Walking distance to Old Town and to see Carnival. I like the quirkiness/ dilapidated look of the accommodation but would not be to everyone’s taste. Would not have wanted to stay more than a few days.Our room was huge but the single rooms were very small. We had an en-suite which was fine. Single room had to use communal bathroom and he said the shower felt a bit claustrophobic. We had a fridge in room so could keep drinks cool. Reception staff very helpful and gave us advice about the local area etc.”
