nothing in particularThere was something wrong between Kayak and Thrifty and when we got there to get our car they did not have any car matching the description and they charged us more to get a better car. And the insurance that we got from your website together with the car rental was NOT accepted!!! Worst experience car rental ever

There wasn't anyone at the to arrange a shuttle or anything. Worst of all, when I manage to make an international call from Uruguay to US from my cell, the company representative was completely useless and offered me to call a local number and deal with it myself ;( Ended up getting a car from Europ

Pick up time was changed by phone but was never relayed to the pick up desk, which made pick up delay in over one hour.Hard to reach by phone. None of the numbers listed was available and did not answer.

They didn't have my reservationsThey didn't have the van I reserved and I had to get 2 cars and we had to ride with the luggage inside the cars because it did t fit. It was horrible. The cars where super dirty also.

Don't even think about not buying their insurance!I bought the insurance I was offered during the booking process. Since I had that covered, I asked Thrifty NOT to add any insurance on the contract. Since they don't trust any other insurance policy "other than the ones they sell", they request that I provide a credit card where they can BLOCK 7,500 USD (That is seven thousand five hundred dollars!) UN-BELIEVABLE!

Kayak drops the ballArriving at the rental place, they had not received the booking from Kayak. It took a very long time, but the car company did set us up with a car. Not one that we had booked, but a lesser model and still charged us the quoted price. This car was not the greatest for what we needed it for but we made it work. Not sure if I'll book through Kayak again.

Very slow service and damaged carsNothingTook 2 hours to get the car. that office needs more people but employees need to be more direct and assertive. Car was dirty inside and out and made very weird noises . It was also very damaged, we spent 30 min detailing all the previous bumps and issues before I took the car
