Pros: They was not friendly there was no consideration for the lack of understanding for how they work.Cons: Information on how there car service rental work. I was visiting another state the rental was for me to return with having to fly back. I was told by a rep I needed a return ticket which was confusing.

Pros: Clerk was helpful until I noticed a mistake in the booking and then she said she had no way to correct it.Cons: I had booked a one way car rental for La Guardia with a Drop off at Logan airport. When I called to ask if I could pick up the car a day earlier the customer service rep, said "yes" and also that I would save $25 . When I got there the clerk told me that the reservation said I was returning it to LaGuardia. I said that wasn't what I had told the clerk and she refused to honor the lower rate and if that wasn't enough she would't even give me the original price but said now I'd have to pay $80 more than my original reservation. I walked out and got another car from Thrifty. They made the mistake and they should have honored the price quoted. At least the original price, so I. don't think I will book with Enterprise again.

Pros: Domy was AMAZING. Well, the whole check in / check out experience was super easy and the staff that checked me in was great - but DOMY went beyond the call of duty, which I cannot say enough Thank Yous for doing what you did!!! Without going into detail, he turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a very calming one... Thanks for bringing midwestern hospitality to the east coast:).Cons: Truly... nothing.

Pros: I was upgraded with no hassle and no extra *final cost to a luxury SUV due to there being limited sedans available. The agent was helpful and efficient.Cons: The line to pick up was extensive and it took 45 minutes to be seen for my scheduled appointment. Also, the additional hold of $1,000 on my credit card due to being upgraded to an SUV was surprising. Since it was due to lack of inventory vs. client request I believe the additional hold fee should have been either waived or articulated earlier in the conversation by the agent.

Pros: They didn't have the car. I booked 8 passangers they gave me 7 passangers. I had no choice, the person who help me, was like you want to take it or not, didn't care about customer situation. Waste money for nothing. I can recomend budget or avis but NOT Enterprice.Cons: If I booked 8 passanger car, I should get 8 passanger car not 7 passanger.

Pros: Pickup and drop off were easy, the car was new (2020 model, 14k miles on it).Cons: The car *reeked* of cigarette smoke and getting a tire replaced was a hassle despite insurance. We did not notice the smoke immediately on pickup because we were wearing masks and they had sprayed some cleaning product which covered it up for a bit. We left the windows open for hundreds of miles of driving over three days and the smell never quite went away. Considering that they charge around $200 from renters who smoke in the car, one should think that they do more about it afterwards. Or at least compensate renters who get the car afterwards. We also had a lot of trouble resolving an issue with a flat tire. Roadside assistance was fast, but the donut spare tire they put on only works for 50 miles. It took us over half a dozen phone calls to different Alamo/Enterprise hotlines and branches, trying to get a replacement car or a new tire. No replacements cars were available in the entire Albany, NY region due to the holiday weekend. We finally learned from a more competent employee that Alamo and Enterprise have a partnership with Firestone, so you can get a tire replaced there free of charge. It would have saved us about an hour to learn that from the first hotline which you call for roadside assistance. Also, when you book full insurance you expect that these kinds of things are covered more flexibly. It appears that totaling the car in an accident would have been covered but getting a replacement tire anywhere but Firestone would have not? How does that make sense?

Pros: The staff was helpful and friendly! Kim is the star at this location, she’s friendly, goes above and beyond, aware of the customers time and above all else offers great customer service experience.Cons: With social distancing the line was outside wrapped around the sidewalk. When i got to the front i realized the booking agents were also taking customers out to retrieve cars, instead of sending them to someone to retTwice the car and servicing the next customer. The current process is time consuming.

Pros: NothingCons: I am under 25, and according to Alamo rules, I cannot rent a full sized SUV. Despite confirming the booking, and making sure everything is alright over phone, I was only made aware of the above fact at the counter during pickup. I had to change all my plans. The rental agreement copy that was given to me did not have any detials of the car- no license plate number, no vehicle details at all. And calling the agency to request a copy had no use- the customer care claims that they do not have access to the agreement (which I find very hard to believe), and the location rented from claims there is no way to contact them (no phone) despite the fact that the attendant was on the office phone the whole time when I went out to pick up the vehicle.

Pros: Yes the staff were very nice.Cons: LGA airport is still a mess as far as the rental car shuttle goes. You have to take 2 buses. With Covid there are fewer people at the airport and the rental car buses should be able to go directly to the airport. Also the cost of renting a car out of LGA is ridiculous. Kayak had the best price, but $582 for 4 days? Expensive

Cons: A shuttle van that said budget written in magic marker. Car dirty. Vibrated at speed. Paid for a Toyota four runner as advertised and got a Mitsubishi Outlander that had a terrible ride quality to it. Drop off so unprofessional.

Pros: The car drove nicely, had no issues getting from point A to point B.Cons: I purchased a Mazda cx and it kept showing up as Ford or any suv available.. if I am purchasing a certain type of car, I expect to drive that car and nothing else. As well as the selection was not necessarily Mazda cx status either. The Jeep was cool I actually grew to like it more and more as I drove it. As well as the car was not clean when I got it luckily I had my wipes, I expected with covid being our current situation the car would be somewhat more spotless. The touch screen had finger prints so I did not trust anything and wiped my own door knob, steering wheel, and anything else my passengers and I were going to touch.

Cons: Budget provided us with a dangerous vehicle. The front left tire had some damage they did not take the time to detect and make us aware of. We had to stop multiple times on the way to our destination to refill the tire. I do not plan on renting with budget again.

Pros: The staff overall was great. It was very easy and fast.Cons: The car itself wasn't comfortable, it didn't drive well, and it wasn't the cleanest. And while I sanitized when I picked up just in case, I didn't see the drop-off guy sanitize anything before he got in and started touching the things I had just touched. I had hoped they were more fastidious than that.

A big wate of my time.Cons: When I arrived to pick up the car I reserved a week in advance at 9:45 AM, it was unavailable because I was "late" for my 9 AM pick up time. Economy did not contact me and was unable to offer me any assistance. They also stated they do not take walk-ins only reservations, so it was easy to determine that a car had never been available that day. Two other customers present at the time with reservations also arrived to find that there were no cars available. An abysmal experience. I can not believe Economy can run a business this way.

Cons: Got into a small accident and was left stranded by Hertz. It took 2.5 hours to confirm a tow truck was even on the way. Then Hertz's solution was having me drive on a donut for 45 miles in the wrong direction to pick up a replacement car. This added 6 hours to my drive. Also, it was a 50/50 shot as to whether employees would be helpful. Was hung up on 2x by Emergency Roadside Assistance and had to keep calling back and getting put back in the queue. It was MADDENING and made a stressful situation way worse than it needed to be.

Cons: The fine print says you are required to pay for liability insurance if you don't already have your own, an extra $16 per day. My car smaller, it was due for an oil change when it was rented to me, and there was an alarming noise in the wheel well when traveling on the highway. Not only do they sneak in extra charges, but the cars and service are not worth the price or hassle. I will not rent from Fox again in the future.

Pros: Staff helpful and profesional.-Cons: Fox Company is located outside JFK, small inconvenience is that their shuttle is not parked by the Federal Circle where all rental cars are located and customers as myself needed to contact them by phone so I can be picked up and taken to their location. Perhaps, a better orgnization in time/schedule should be considered. Perhaps, Fox creating their own App for customers can create a more accessable and better experience. Now, the overwhelming ashtray odor in the car seats were unprecedented. Perhaps, changing/upgrading/removing the seat covers can override the odor and provide a better air/odor quality inside the car. Overall, yes, they are new kids on the block, they have potential and can grow to be one of the best car rental companies.

Pros: I had to call both Lynchburg and Queens National locations prior to pickup, and though my issue was not able to be resolved ahead of time, Cody in Lynchburg and Elena in Queens were extremely courteous and helpful. At the time of pickup, the counter staff was helpful and my pickup was smooth. The gate associate was personable and helpful as well.

Pros: The staff at the National pickup in Queens gave us the wrong information about adding another person. They insisted that my travel partner was not covered on the insurance and were very dismissive and unhelpful about how we could resolve the issue. Upon going to another National car service location at Newark airport (far out of our way to our travel destination) we finally received some helpful advice from the clerk there. I was very upset that the National Car service location in queens was not more informed on the issue and helpful. It seemed like they just wanted to clock out and didn't care about nay type of customer service. I WILL NOT be renting from National againCons: The customer service and transparency on terms.
