Cons: I did not get the vehicle by the time I got to the rental place they were closed, I went to two other Hertz locations, first one was also closed second one they told me they could not honor the reservation. Tried to get in contact with Kayak but got no answer, ended up having to make an entire new reservation directly with Hertz. Ended up paying three times what my original reservation cost. Very bad customer service, no way to talk to someone and try to figure out a solution. Then when I attempted to cancel the reservation the penalty was the total cost of the reservation!!
Cons: I had to cancel and get a refund directly from hertz. They booked me in a location that was permanently closed then wanted me to go to a location 1 hour away. Never WILL I book again.

Cons: was strict on the pickup time at the reservation, and would not let me show up late, even if I paid the same.
Cons: Got into a small accident and was left stranded by Hertz. It took 2.5 hours to confirm a tow truck was even on the way. Then Hertz's solution was having me drive on a donut for 45 miles in the wrong direction to pick up a replacement car. This added 6 hours to my drive. Also, it was a 50/50 shot as to whether employees would be helpful. Was hung up on 2x by Emergency Roadside Assistance and had to keep calling back and getting put back in the queue. It was MADDENING and made a stressful situation way worse than it needed to be.
Cons: You need to stop booking on July 4 th if the pick up place is closed.

Cons: Airport was most unhelpful in directed me to car rentals...that part was quite the experience. I had a very long layover and decided to rent a one way and drive the last leg. Gained 3 hours which was worth the $80!
Cons: i have not been informed that i need to have deposit money on my credit card and that hertz will block my money. the thing that was written in my confirmation was "due at the counter = 0", and nothing about the 200 $ more that hertz wanted from me. overall a poor experience

Cons: When I came out of the dealer I had so many fees and taxes, it came to $223. Way more. I feel - Hertz ripped me off.

Cons: The hotel lobby needs more than 1 person to assist. Very friendly guy but it took 40 min to get the car due to waiting as only one person could assist each customer (about 15-20min per person)
