Very poor service at the counter when giving back the car , when asking for an invoice ,which I need to be reimbursed by a third party , I was told that I can download it myself , where and how is unknown ? So I end up without invoice and it becomes impossible to obtain any reimbursement from the said third party which commited to it ,but an invoice is needed to that purpose ........Alamo
